Deliveries

Delivery Information

All JuiceHouseUK orders are shipped with next-day delivery, usually via DHL, to keep your juices fresh. Orders are packed with insulated materials and cold packs to maintain temperature during transit.

Order & Dispatch

We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday to ensure deliveries arrive before the weekend. Orders placed early in the week are prepared and shipped as soon as possible. If same-day preparation isn’t possible, your order will be dispatched on the next available production day. All juices are pressed on the day they are shipped for maximum freshness.

Weekend Orders

Orders placed between Friday and Monday will be processed on the next working day, as our couriers do not deliver on weekends.

Specific Delivery Days

If you need delivery on a specific weekday, please contact us after placing your order and we will do our best to arrange it.

Delivery Attempts

If you are unavailable, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour. Juices should be refrigerated as soon as possible. Parcels cannot be returned for re-delivery due to their perishable nature.

Delays

While we aim for reliable next-day delivery, occasional delays can happen due to courier issues, traffic, or other factors outside our control. We appreciate your understanding and will always help resolve any issues quickly.
